Now, as to service, it’s kinda like the salesman at any dealership you go to — you gotta find the right service advisor. I had one cold fish I was randomly assigned to initially and another I got when I had to go in on a Saturday. But the absolute gentleman I’ve been working with for more than two years now? He is the absolute FINEST service advisor I’ve ever had at any dealer - and I’ve been to a bunch over several decades. He listens to every last detail, treats me with courtesy and respect, and is utterly indefatigable at chasing down every last thing whenever I go in - all of which leaves me an extremely satisfied customer.
