Anthony was really on top of it. I still think when this lift gate is this stuck it is a safety issue with those of us with carpel tunnel and it should be fixed no cost no matter what the mileage. it can crash on someone's hand or head. But that's your issue to consider. Anthony was great and the service was great and the video is awesome.

Typical car dealership, they want to make a sale. I admit buying a Volvo at a Toyota dealer was interesting. Since I don’t make a lot of money but, can afford a car, things had to be creative to say the least. All worked out and I am a happy customer today.

They video parts of the car they are observing. They verbally identify the parts in the video and let you know if it needs attention. If there is another problem.... the mechanics found after speaking with you...they notify you but will not work on that unless they get your approval.
