Only applies to parts purchased at a Priority Dealership and installed by a Priority Dealership. Only covers the replacement of that part and labor for that installed part by a Priority Dealership if that part fails. Does not cover any damage that may result from that part failing.
Owner’s must perform all manufacturers recommended service and maintenance items in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended mileage and time schedule as set forth in the owner’s manual for the covered vehicle at owner’s expense including oil changes at the selling dealership.
Does not cover commercial vehicles, vehicles used for commercial purposes, vehicles with diesel, rotary, and/or hybrid engines and vehicles with larger than one-ton payloads.
Not valid on used cars that have been modified beyond manufacturer’s specifications.

CUSTOMERS SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM THE DEALERSHIP ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFIT OR INCOME, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
