This is a very comfortable location with lots of space for customers to sit at high top tables, work stations & lounge chairs while waiting for service. It’s also very busy, so be sure to bring something to do & eat because it takes about 2 hours for a tire rotation & inspection & topping off fluids with an appointment. There is complimentary coffee & tea in the customer lounge.

Had all 4 tires replaced at the 70,000 mile mark. Very pleased with the service this time.

Very pleased with Priority Toyota Springfield's customer service. Since the vehicle had to be left for repairs, we were provided with the option of a (no-cost) rental car or (no-cost) Uber ride to our residence. We were provided an approximate timeframe of when our vehicle would be ready (2-3 days). We received a call the very next day saying our vehicle was done and ready for pick up! Excellent srvice!
